Ace Air Conditioning Employee Health Benefits Open Enrollment
Ace Air Conditioning continues to offer a comprehensive benefits package to all eligible employees. Open Enrollment is the only time during the plan year you may make changes to your benefit elections without a qualifying event, or a change in family status.
Employee Navigator
This year we are doing an Active Enrollment and you will need log in and elect your benefits.
The highlights for the new plan year are:
- Medical Benefit – Renewing as is with Florida Blue. You have a choice between 3 medical plans ( 1 HMO & 2 PPO’s)
- Dental Benefit – Changing from UHC to Sun Life. You have the option to enroll in a PPO dental plan
- Vision Benefit – Changing from UHC to Sun Life. You have the option to enroll in a VSP vision plan
- Basic Life – $10,000 Life Insurance policy through Sun Life provided at no cost to employees
- Voluntary Life – You have the option to enroll in a Vol Life plan through Sun Life for you and your family
- Employee Assistance Program – No Cost 24/7 Emotional support, Work Life Solutions, Legal Guidance, Financial Resources and Online Support
- Worksite Benefits- Accident and Critical Illness provided through Principal Financial Group
As a valued employee of Ace Air Conditioning, you have access to healthcare support regarding medical and prescription claims, medical bill reviews and audits, benefits questions, ID cards, and claim matters.
