He never looks for praises.
\nHe’s never one to boast.
\nHe just goes on quietly working
\nFor those he loves the most.
\nHis dreams are seldom spoken.
\nHis wants are very few,
\nAnd most of the time his worries
\nWill go unspoken, too.
\nHe’s there…a firm foundation
\nThrough all our storms of life,
\nA sturdy hand to hold onto
\nIn times of stress and strife.
\nA true friend we can turn to
\nWhen times are good or bad.
\nOne of our greatest blessings,
