Effective July 1st<\/sup>, 2019, FL amended the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act (FCIAA) to include vaping. Pursuant to this Act, Ace employees may no longer vape in the building. Field staff, please note this includes nonsmoking hotel rooms. Keep in mind, if you get a fee for vaping or smoking in a hotel room, you will be charged for it.<\/p>\n Smoking\/Vaping<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Ace Air Conditioning discourages its employees from smoking and vaping. Smoking & vaping is regarded as a poor health habit which can detract from performance and is often offensive to co-workers and\/or customers. While we cannot regulate employee conduct off the job or outside of work hours, we feel it is our responsibility to provide a workplace free of exposure to hazardous substances, and we have therefore established our facility and business as a smoke-free workplace.
