This decision is based on the Manager&#8217;s evaluation of the candidate.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The hiring of a referred employee must occur within six (6) months of the initial referral date.<\/li>\n<li>Management and HR employees are excluded from receiving referral bonuses.<\/li>\n<li>The referral must represent the candidate&#8217;s first contact with our organization.\n<ul>\n<li>Temporary contract and former employees are not eligible candidates for referral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To be eligible for an award, the qualified candidate&#8217;s referral must first be submitted to Human Resources and must include a Candidate Referral Form, linked below.<\/li>\n<li>Once a referral is hired and successfully completes 90 calendar days of employment, the employee<br \/>\nresponsible for the referral will receive the referral bonus.<\/li>\n<li>The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only &#8220;referring employee&#8221; eligible for payment.<\/li>\n<li>All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with our organization\u2019s policies and<br \/>\nprocedures, and all information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have a candidate in mind, fill out the linked\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/int.aceac.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Employee-Referral-Program-2-FINAL.pdf\">Referral Form<\/a> and submit page 2 to Emily Padgett. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Did you know you could earn up-to $200 if Ace Air Conditioning, Inc. hires your qualified referral?\u00a0 The Referral Program Requirements are as follows: The &#8216;referred employee&#8217; must have relevant qualified experience in order for the referring employee to be eligible for a bonus.
